Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Elissa Boudreaux, 24 years survivor/overcomer of domestic violence, 2x Disabled War Veteran,  an  advocate and activist of Domestic Violence,  Educator, Speaker, Host, Coach, & Interventionist. I have worked in Baton Rouge, Louisiana under the Defendants Assistance Program educating perpetrators of crimes ranging from petty theft to domestic violence and self development courses under the 19th Judicial Court System and have extended my services worldwide, by  incorporating zoom classes and opportunities to book any of my court appointed or personal services in person. 

My expertise came from experience, educating myself and choosing to go to college at the age of 37 during my last year as a victim of domestic violence; not only completing an Associates of Arts in Business but continuing to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Communication and a Masters Of Science in Psychology (non-clinical) with some added bonus hours of Marriage and Family Counseling amongst other knowledgeable insights such as events that are specifically geared toward Domestic Violence and other inspirational aspects of my life experiences during my healing process.

I know the challenges that victims face being a 24 years survivor of some of the worst kind of abuse and also because I've worked with victims, it drained me because I knew their pain so I became more inquisitive on the changing the mindsets and  thought process of the perpetrators wanting to know their pain, helping them to regain their foot back into society, learn who they are and use strategies to deflect issues that lead to domestic violence allowing the perpetrator to make changes necessary to be rehabilitated even if we cant save them all we can save one at a time.
